The Board of Directors of Innovation Fund Denmark may delegate its decision-making authority to committees, the secretariat, or the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, or a government authority under the Ministry, as described in Chapter 2 of the Act, sections 10 and 28(5), and in Executive Order No. 1150 of 25 October 2017, section 11.

Delegation of the Board’s authority is described in the Board’s rules of procedure, sections 26, 27 and 28.
The Board of Directors of Innovation Fund Denmark has delegated its decision-making authority as follows:
Pursuant to section 28(5) of the Act on Innovation Fund Denmark, the Board of Directors of Innovation Fund Denmark has established a committee under the Board.

Committee for Programme Oversight:
Pursuant to section 10(1), no. 1 of the Act on Innovation Fund Denmark and Executive Order No. 1150 of 25 October 2017, section 11(1), no. 1, the Board has decided to delegate authority to expert committees. The Board may establish committees to assist Innovation Fund Denmark with professional assessments and to award grants for research and innovation projects.
Pursuant to section 10(1), no. 2 of the Act on Innovation Fund Denmark and Executive Order No. 1150 of 25 October 2017, section 11(1), no. 2, the Board has decided to delegate authority to the secretariat within the following areas:
