InnoFounder is a 12-month full-time programme for you as an entrepreneur or you as an entrepreneurial team, who have a higher education qualification and want to work seriously on an entrepreneurial idea. The goal is to develop the idea from an early stage and build a viable company around it.

You apply via the electronic application system www.e-grant.dk.
- Read the guidelines in “Guidelines and documents” below carefully before you start your application
- Find the call and start your application
- Make sure to submit on time – you cannot make changes afterwards
- You can write in Danish or English

Innofounder has allocated funding pools within a number of investment themes, but a pool has also been set aside for ideas that do not naturally fall within the designated themes, but still meet Innofounder’s assessment requirements. Your application can either be placed within one of the themes or submitted outside a theme.
You can apply within:
- Green technology development and innovation
- Life science, health and welfare technology
- Critical and digital technologies
- Defence and security technology (Defence Tech Denmark)
- Or you can apply outside a theme if your project does not fit within them
Always remember to read the guidelines before you start your application.

Your application consists of two parts.
- A project description, which you complete in e-grant
- Attachments such as a CV, documentation of education, LOIs and a slide deck
- Optional additional material: LOIs and a slide deck

You must be able to show that there is demand for your idea. That is why market validation is an important part of an Innofounder application.
