Application deadline for pre-proposals
15 February 2027 at 15:00 CEST
Application deadline for those invited to submit full proposals
After the application deadline, applicants will be asked to confirm their application in e-grant. A request will be sent to applicants via e-grant no later than four weeks after the application deadline. Please contact us if you do not receive this notification.
All Danish applicants are required to submit the international application, including annexes and budgets, in e-grant. Non-public organisations must also upload additional legal declarations to their e-grant case: “No undertaking in difficulty declaration” and “Financial and legal declaration”. In addition, SMEs must submit an “SME declaration”.
If funding is applied for under the de minimis rules, a “de minimis aid compliance form” must also be submitted. The templates for the declarations can be found at any time under “Documents” below.
Applicants do not need to submit documentation to IFD before the deadline for the international application.
